When people say "get help", it means to seek a medical professional who has studied mental conditions for more than two decades and is licensed to prescribe medication that can alleviate some or all of the symptoms that you are suffering from.
Getting help from an imaginary skygod is not going to do anything at all for you and - depending on the type of mental illness - may actually ENDANGER you or others around you.
