Albums in the 60s, 70s, and 80s were mostly Side A/Side B and you had to do some flipping if you wanted to go to the other side. CD albums are all one side, all at once.

Do you think this has affected the way music has been written and produced, or maybe affected how you listen to it?

Or am I going crazy?

Surrounding states have higher cigarette taxes than California, which is one of the lowest west of the Mississippi. Prop 55 would make California have the 3rd highest cigarette taxes in the west, after Minnesota and Washington.

Just curious what people think of this. I'm not a fan of smoking. But I lean libertarian on most things, you should be able to take care of yourself without government intervention. And this prop also includes e-cigarettes, which is a major red flag for me.

On the other hand, raising tax rates to be more comparable with surrounding states should discourage smuggling operations. And smokers in general put a monetary burden on the economy due to the increased healthcare costs of continually self-medicating with nicotine.

Is it just for fun or do they provide some kind of feedback?

Some girls play regular baseball, but institutionally, girls are pushed towards softball. The only difference I can see between softball and baseball is the size of the ball and the underhand vs. overhand pitch. Are there other differences that cause the girl/boy distinction make more sense?
