I can only orgasm squeezing my legs together; Indeed it feels good. However, it caused problems in my previous relationships because i couldn't orgasm from oral sex or penetration; my ex's felt like they were not doing a good job.

Today, i've had my first anxiety attack after smoking hash. It was my first time smoking a whole joint for myself.

When i've finish smoke the joint, i felt dizzy and my heart was rasing fast, i thought i was going to have a heart attack.

I would like to know if i smoke back weed or hash again, will i have the same anxiety attack again? And also, can i exercise again?
