what is the name of the practice where someone lays in a closed container full of water at their body temperature for meditation?

lately i've been having all these weird dreams that i'm really affectionate towards some small kitten or puppy and they usually end up getting hurt or killed, sometimes by me on accident. it's weird because i have no interest in them in real life but in the dreams i care about them more than anything.

I know it's typical to be sore after working out but it's weird how it started. I used to do Marine workouts and got really strong without any problems but then i stopped for a while and now I've been working out again for like three months. In the last few weeks now, every time I do any type of arm exercise my arm gets this insane pain in it that feels like it's in the bone rather than muscle tightening or soreness.

now I'm only 135 pounds and I'm lifting about twice my weight in a lot of exercises. is it possible that i've been lifting more than my body can handle and I did damage to my bones or something?

about a yr ago i made a lot of mistakes that im very regretful of. ive made mistakes like most people my age do but i cant let go of them or forget about them at all, and just when i start to get on track as soon as i make another mistake it brings the feelings of every single event back to my mind. almost every time i make one wrong choice i just feel this extreme guilt that doesnt go away. what do i do?

who else thinks its the worst album ever mad by a wu-tang member? like, hes doing songs with f*ggots like lloyd and fabolos, wtf is with tht. if u dont think its the worse album by a wu-tang member wht do u think is?

i have no idea wht any of the lyrics r but 2 me it just sounds like he says "like drunk and grump over some UUUUNNNNGGHH!!!"

first, im a huge underground fan and h8 most mainstream also. but the other underground fans i run in2 on the internet seem ignorant, as if anybody who gets radio play automatically sucks.

tht new kid cudi album out is f*ckin amazing but ppl call him pop just cuz he had radio play. and everybody h8s kanye west...but ill bet everything i have tht if nas wrote "Jesus Walks" it would be looked at as one of the greatest songs of all time.

it started off with almost my whole family (mom, dad, sister, bro) going 2 some kind of college in an all white town 4 a party. i was in a car with my dead and my other family members were in the other car. my dad told me tht he was in the wu-tang clan in their early days and told me stories about hunting with Method Man and how GZA locked himself in a tower becuz a priest told him something about how evil he was. we got 2 the town and were at some stupid little race track. i was almost forced 2 watch the stupid race but we werent allowed in. then we went in the college building which was now being used as a hotel. my mom and dad left us 2 go partying and me, my sister, and brother went 2 a theater inside the hotel. the movie theater was weird cuz there werent any chairs...i realized we were behind 2 girls tht i know and one of them said hi but the one i like better ignored me and my sister. we went back 2 our hotel which was completely dark and my mom came back without dad. she told us tht the town was haunted and listed an insane amount of ppl who went missing.

the next day my friends randy and dylan were at the hotel. we went down 2 a wendys and some weird guy was talking 2 randy. the guy then said "ross (me) is here 2...we're friends"...i realized it was my old social studies teacher (who is a f*cking freak) with a weird haircut. as we were going to our table he grabbed dylan and tried 2 hit him with a hammer. i picked up another hammer and bashed my former teacher's skull until his eye fell out and he died. his whole head turned off and 4 some reason turned into a lemon so i went around asking ppl if they could tell it was a head and somehow they all could.

we went back to the college and had 2 go 2 a school section. after one class i was already sick of it. i blended in with a crowd tht was going outside but the door shut and trapped me inside just as a janitor was coming in. i thought he was gonna report me but instead he held the door open and let me ditch school. i found randy and he had a cell phone and told me tht he could use it 2 spawn a car like a cheat code in a video game. i chose the car i wanted, he spawned it, and we got in. as soon as i was in i realized i didnt know how 2 drive it and pushed the pedal. right away i almost ran over a girl and she said i couldnt be a real driver becuz i couldnt even start the car. she said she would report me so me and randy got out and started dashing down the streets

now suddenly randy was replaced by my sister. while we ran i saw my mom and she said "ppl stay inside at night cuz they dont wanna get hurt. God wants u to go out and protect those getting hurt". we rand into a cafe and saw my dad sitting there. i told him about the girl who was gonna report me and he started making government calls 2 keep me outta trouble. mom said i would go 2 jail if i got caught driving without a license. dad sent three more messages 2 the government and the dream ended.

um, my friend is one of 2 and only has one brother but both me and him have had dreams tht he had long lost sisters...wht does tht mean?

it started with me at my ghetto high school but i was takin this fancy lookin class at the back of the school. i 4get wht the class was but it was REALLY strange and the teacher was a bastard. i had it 4th period so lunch divided it into 2 periods. i went in the cafeteria and sat with the same ppl i always sit with. at one point i had my head down and an eraser hit me so i picked it up and hit the kid with it tht i thought threw it at me. after bickering with him a little bit he went crazy and stood up in a fighting stance. a bunch of girls tried 2 stop him but he knocked them away. then one of the jocks at school tried to stop him but the kid punched him in the face and knocked him out. finally the security guard came up and took him away. when he was gone i went back 2 class and realized i was 2 early and wasnt supposed 2 be there. i turned back and dashed out. then i saw a giant room full of candy tht was unguarded. i was about 2 steal it but got 2 paranoid and decided not 2. after school i went home at night and down 2 my room (the basement) and heard little girls laughing and dogs barking. i asked my mom wth was goin on and she said tht dogs got stuck in giant underground tubes around our basement. 4 some reason while all tht stuff was going on i decided 2 watch a really creepy movie all about these weird monsters. it felt like months went by where everynight i would fall asleep at the exact same part of the movie and hear the dogs and little girls while i was watching it. then one day at school i finally decided 2 steal the candy out of the giant room and took the city bus home. i got home and after a while i realized there were no weird sounds of dogs or little girls behind my walls. i asked my mom about it and she said the tubes collapsed and killed everything tht lived in there. that night i laid in bed and felt more at peace then ever b4...and thts where it ended.

the dream started with me going 2 an amusement park called Dorney Park with my friend randy. when we got there we met up with 2 of my other friends jamie and jeremy and also this one kid i the me and randy h8 named ryan afflerbach. we were all hanging out by this green rollercoaster and jeremy started recording videos. i made a diss video 2 ryan and it got sent 2 him while he was on a bench right next 2 u. then he responded, and randy responded back 2 him sayin tht "if he ever talked sh*t again tht we would f*ckin' kill him".it pretty much destroyed ryan so he gave up and we all sat down on a bench.while we sitting there some guy in a black trench coat pulled a pistol out of his sleeve and shot ryan in the head. his whole head exploded and blood started shooting out of his neck. then 2 little kids came up 2 us and said he was gonna kill the witnesses. we all said tht we didnt see anything and one of the little kids shot the other kid and his head exploded too. another kid got involved and tried 2 shoot my friend eric's little brother. i jumped in, put the kid in a master-lock, eric's bro threw a grenade, and we all ran away. soon we saw ryan again, walkin around with a plastic bandage around his head. i said "how the f*ck does he get his whole head shot off and all he needs is a little headband?". two girls laughed but i kept chasing after ryan. then i realized i was separated from my group so i went back. thts where it ended.

wht does this psychopathic dream mean???

the dream started with me in my school's cafeteria...for some reason i sat completely by myself. some girl came up and sat across from me. after a few seconds she pulled out a gun and shot at me...the bullet just barely missed my shoulder and i grabbed the gun. i ripped it outta her hands and shot her in the stomach. she got up and limped away. then i went in the lunch line and when i got up 2 a front there was some old guy who was at the cash register. the girl who i shot was standing right next to him and said "daddy thts the boy who shot me!". the old guy started lecturing me as if i did nothing more than make fun of her. i yelled tht she shot me first and he turned 2 her angrily. i took my lunch sat down and ate.

but i think this dream might mean tht im numb 2 violence or something but i wanna be sure.

the first thing i remember in this dream is both of my parents and one of my mom's friends in my uncle's yard, which is separated from my house by some tall hedges. they talked about some kind of plot tht i didnt understand at this point in the dream and a very hardcore rapper named sticky fingaz jumped straight over the tall hedges. He greeted my mom and i could tell tht they knew each other from their childhood. Later i was in this really creepy hallway and my dad gave me this movie called "immortal (something)" and i watched it in the hallway. it was like a little kid's show but there was something very disturbing and horrific about it thts hard 2 explain...it seemed like there was another dimension 2 it other than the stupid crap tht was going on it. i ended up watching it again in my basement and questioned why i kept watching the f'd up movie in the creepiest places. the next day my parent's plot started 2 unfold and i realized wht the whole plan was: my dad and sticky fingaz were pretending 2 be an interracial, mistreated gay couple so the government would give our family benefits. i was disgusted becuz everyone would think i had a gay dad. i hung out with one my friends 4 a while and when i got back my dad made me watch the video for a 3rd time...right when i was done i came downstairs and my dad wanted me 2 watch it again. this time i refused and he started actin like i was the most evil human in the world and gave me some long lecture tht i dont remember...which was dumb cuz really he was the one pretending 2 be gay and cheating the government outta money. the dream ended with me at my school's ghetto gym and i was on the biggest machine there. no matter how much weight i put on it i could still lift it way 2 easily.

ok this is a really weird dream i had a while ago tht i dont understand at all. its really long but i really want some1 2 read it and translate it for me

i was planning 2 go 2 my friend, Jon's house but my other friend's annoying little brother came over 2 my house first and started drivin me crazy just as my dad was about 2 drive me 2 jon's house. He wouldnt leave so my dad just put him in the car, picked his older brother (randy) and drove us all 2 jon's house. We got there and jon had a brother with blonde hair (which is weird cuz hes spanish) who would scream WHAT?! everytime i said something. finally jons mom came and took me 2 him while randy and his little bro went in another room. Me and jon were playin video games, i went to the bathroom, and when i came back he was with this dumb*ss named mark at my school. i didnt wanna hang with mark so i went back 2 randy & watched him play PS3...i got bored and went to another room where i found my sister and her friend sam. my sister held a knife above sam's head and made her vomit blood all over the place after my sister made a chucky face. over the course of the dream i kept seeing a bunch of ppl i know and they all were doing creepy things. eventually i gave up and layed down on the couch. jons mom asked wht time i wanted 2 go home and i told her 9...it was eventually 9:30 and she was completely gone. i went upstairs 2 find jon. i chilled with him in a room for a little bit and after a while i realized it was exactly like my brother's room. i told jon tht he was living in my old house (ive only lived in one house my whole life)...i then went across the hall and saw my sisters room. i looked outside the window and saw my neighbors house. there was horror music playin as i stared out the window and realized i lived in the house my whole life. i saw a purple toy playin the music and randy said it would never stop. i flipped out and tried 2 tear it apart but it wouldnt stop. i ripped it into three segments and found out which segment it was coming from...i couldnt break it so i through it out the window and my friend matt was outside and buried it under the snow. me and randy held him a thumbs up and he walked off. i was going crazy and layed down on the couch again. i fell asleep inside the dream, woke up in the middle of the night, and vomited blood everywhere. i saw my mom and she asked if i drank the medicine tht sam drank 2 make her throw up. i said no and ran into the bathroom. i saw jon and some gothic kid there. jon said something about me being able 2 beat the hell out of him but tht i was a good person or something weird like tht. they talked about how well behaved i was which didnt make any sense cuz jon sees me as a trouble maker. i went downstairs and started playing madden but all the screen was upside down and all the controls were different so i gave up. my mom came in and said tht my uncle reversed the world by orderin some corrupt TV channel. we then all watched the super bowl and the cardinals beat the steelers with a last second touchdown.

this is a real dream im not even joking...could some1 translate it? and dont just say im crazy cuz ive already got plenty of tht.
