Cramp!

Anyone know of any vitamins or supplements for insomnia?

I'm not looking for herbs like valerian, just things your body would consider food... like, does Taurine work? Tryptophan supplements? Any vitamins that cause calm? Maybe magnesium?

I love the duck eggs, and the Wallaby kefir and sour cream. I never noticed before how thick duck egg yolks get, that must be why gourmets prize them. They're less sulfury too.

What do you like best? Or what have you discovered that you never tried before?

I don't like that they weasel about their butcher shop... stage 4 is still not organic. They should buy into the organic label AS WELL as have the stages. I mean, "enhanced environment" doesn't tell me squat... they could play a Mozart CD for all I know. Big woop.

Also very very little of the meat is in higher stages at all.

What's your biggest beef? Maybe if we call them out on some of this stuff, they'll be even better.

If there are 8.3% diabetics in US population, how come you can't find sugar free ice cream? Or sugar free chocolate except through web purchase?

To give you some perspective on this, only about 5% of the population are Asian, yet we don't have to online order many Asian foods. If I go to a supermarket, I can find more than just soy sauce, sometimes even nori rolls and red dates. Yet for a group like diabetics, only sorbee?

Seems like a marketing opportunity is being missed.

What's your opinion? Because it's impossible to avoid both.

I've got some issues seeing the screen clearly, especially with this fashion of making all print super tiny. But lately a new thing is happening.

I go to a site... at my usual 125% setting on zoom.... the site pops up a stupid message like "log in with facebook" or "do you want to chat?" and the x-out is either not visible at all (I mean, they hide it on purpose) or hidden because the zoom level doesn't show it on screen. So I zoom out, and I usually have to go below 100% to x-out, I close the silly message, and zoom back up to 125%.

This is getting annoying.

Any way to stop these annoying messages that disable the page until you close them?

It took a while to notice that most Admin tools are disabled in Win 7 Home Premium but I'm fed up finally. I still have a full-XP (licensed to me, not OEM). Can I avoid buying an expensive upgrade to Ultimate by installing XP on my PC instead? I don't care about "using the hardware to the max" because no MS OS does that anyway. And I'd go with Linux, but that's more of a secondary toy for me. Life is still too weird on Linux for me.
