I was just served papers stating that I am being sued by Chase bank for a past due credit card. In December I called and arranged a settlement and paid the agreed upon amount by the date stated. I have the Settlement agreement letter, a copy of the cashiers check, and a letter from Chase stating that the account is now paid in full. The court documents state that I have 30 Calender days to respond. How do I go about responding to this? What forms do I need to fill out for the CA courts? Can I countersue them for a wrongful suit?

About a week ago our bathtub stopped draining any water. I tore apart the trip lever and cannot seem to be able to remove the drain itself. It is a plunger tub drain, I have taken it out before to fix it. Any ideas? I can't really afford a plumber right now. Thanks!

My boyfriend gave me his old Nokia 6230b. I put my sim card in the phone and turned it on. Now it won't let me do anything and keeps asking for a restriction code. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

I had an ovarian cyst rupture almost a year ago. The doctor told me it was the size of a softball and yet they sent me home from the hospital only to see me two days later because it had ruptured. I was put on birth control and pain meds after an overnight stay. Since then I have either been uncomfortable on the right side where my cyst had been or I am in pain. Whenever I do anything strenuous or even after work I am hurting. Time and time again I have been put on antibiotics to fight infections in my right ovary and yet it never seems to solve anything.

Has anyone ever experienced this? What was the diagnosis and what do you recommend I do?

I am going through a debt management program with ByDesign Financial Solutions. I make my first payment in a few weeks. However, I have done research and can't find any reviews on the company good or bad. Does anyone know anything about them?

My boyfriend of 3 years recently admitted he was addicted to opiates something I never knew, we are working on his sobriety. My Grandma whom I take care of was recently diagnosed with cancer in the neck and I have just found out it has spread to her lymph nodes, my Uncle was just diagnosed with Hep C... It seems to never end.

I have a vivicam 3785 and accidentally took pictures without the memory card in it. I plug in the USB to the computer and it won't let me download them. It will only give me the option to save the pictures to my memory card when there is no memory card in it and then it gives me an error. Any ideas?
