I have a damaged bill; its been torn and I have only perhaps just over 1/2 the bill in my possession. The serial number is wholly intact. Will the bank honor it or exchange it for another bill? What guidelines do banks require to redeem such damaged currency?

With enough of the general populace falling all over themselves to 'volunteer' a response, shouldn't consciencious objectors be allowed their privacy/anonimity? Should our government demand the 30-40 minutes required to complete the initial survey as unpaid (slave) labor? Does our right to privacy end with the Bureau's promise of security?

'88 Toyota Tercel head gasket-sealant that's resistant to gas?

Also-is the gasket dry fit to the block, and only the top side next to the head gets sealant? Or both sides?

After adhesion, is it ok to go ahead and torque the head to spec or will that squeeze out all the adhesive/sealant?

The only Permatex product I could find for head gasket useage was a copper based spray-on...

Within the last week or ten days, my Mojave desert-type yucca has contracted a bad bug that's killing the spiky leaves, turning them brown. There are masses of spidery-webs between the leaves and a powdery brownish deposit that looks like sawdust on the webs/affected leaves.Could this be the bug on my dwarf citrus as well?

Is this some kind of spider-mite infestation, or some kind of scale insects? What treatment is available and can I save the bushy spiked 'heads' if they're already covered with this stuff? Or is massive pruning necessary? I've only used the high pressure water hose to try'n combat this attack-any idears?
