Rabbits are supposed to be herbivores, and herbivores don't eat meat because they can't digest it. But then why would a rabbit willingly eat meat while it has access to fresh hay, veggies and pellets? Why this? - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=962XdC4PhQ0

I really need help.. I fear for my safety every day.. since the last week of April 2012. There are two, possible three or four people who are stalking and cyber bullying me. They have posted my personal infromation on a website, and they've been calling me. They won't leave me alone, and I just wish they'd stop.. I'm in dire need of help but I don't know where to help. Every day I fear that someone is going to break in my house, and I don't know what to do.. :( I'm over 18, can the authorities help me..?

I'm so freaking stressed out right now. My mom told me if I don't go to college, I'll turn out to be a "zero". I'm thinking she's just saying that because she dropped out herself. Hell, my dad didn't even finish high school and he makes 600+ a week. I don't feel college is right for me. I've tried, and I've failed. Community college. Is it really pass college or be nothing? I thought college was *optional*. And I'll never pass anyway.

I don't want to eat grass, but I'm curious to know.

As a treat, I give my pet rats, mice and hamster some grass - from the pet store. Or I grow it myself.

They love digging around in the dirt, and they love to eat the grass...

But I was told humans can't digest grass because we don't have 4 stomachs. But rats only have one! And they are not herbivores, either. They are omnivores because they are capable of digesting both plant and animal. It just doesn't make sense to me...

my family got mango and sticky rice from a restaurant and did not offer to share because they don't know if it's vegan or not. Would they even add animal products to this? It's traditionally made vegan, but I am a little unsure if it might contain milk or not.

Some here even go as far to compare it to real meat, and look down on others for choosing to eat mock meats. No animals are purposely slaughtered for it, what's the big deal?

He has been gasping for air, his cheeks have gotten swollen (which almost makes me think allergies) I don't know if the vet can do anything besides euthanizing... Also before this, I thought he had an abscess so I took him to the vet, it turned out it was a wound filled with *blood*, not pus - forgot what the term was called. It went away, for the most part - except I still feel a small lump there. That was a week or two ago.

I have a nebulizer, I have antibiotics (Baytril), I have Metacam, but I don't think any of these things will help him... :/

I want to use this for trick training.. instead of using dairy which isn't good for them, I would like to use non-dairy such as almond milk. Has anyone done this, or have suggestions on how to make this?

I got two things of hummus yesterday, they were on sale - 2 for $6, the original price being $6. They were big containers too, I thought it was great because I go through a lot of hummus. I ate some of the other hummus, then opened this one and found mold growing on it. So could I go to the store and get another container without paying? :/

due to certain conditions my family might have to move to West Virginia. It's not set in stone yet, but I was googling rat breeders and vets in West Virginia and couldn't find anything around St. Albans WV. This really sucks... I live in Chicago - the vet's an hour away... which is much more reasonable than a four hour drive one way.

Capers are described as "unripened flower buds", and there are unsafe flowers that are poisonous to rats. Wondering if anyone knew if it's safe or not.. If not, well I can give them many other things that are proven to be safe. I know there is a list, but it didn't mention capers.
