I just found out that St Patrick fasted 40 days and 40 nights, and endured demons etc... Then God sent down an angel and God offered him many rewards that he would grant. St Patrick said 'That Ireland remain Christian until the end of time, an ocean drown the country 7 years before the day of judgement so that they would be spared the horrors of the Last Day, the British not hold all over Ireland forever and finally that he judge the irish on judgement day. God then said he would grant every wish. I just found out that! and I know atheist's don't believe in that stuff but I believe in it so please be respectful to my belief just as I be respectful to yours. Anyway how cool would that be!

Im sick and tired of Ireland being treated like dirt by all other countries and other religions. Like the Catholic Church abuses children and the protestant church are constantly moaning and marching when they think they've got it hard when they don't even have a clue. Im also sick and tired of England sitting there and doing nothing. Sure they give us a lend of money but what about the BILLIONS they took off us during the years. If I was the leader of Ireland England wouldn't be getting paid a penny back. And the Queen sits there and takes our money when it could go to education or healthcare and Derry City asked the Crown if they could have money to clean the river foyle. The refused but of course the queens dress and food is a lot more important than the environment. Im absolutely SICK SICK SICK of it....

I know you don't believe in God because you believe there is no proof for his existence and that's fine because it's what you believe but you all constantly target religion and not God himself. So is it fair to say you'd believe in God if there was no such thing as religion because no religion is perfect. And because you'd never trust religion completely at least. With me I completely trust God but I very rarely trust my religion Christianity (Roman Catholic) to be presise.

When I go on yahoo i'm constantly bombarded by insults just because i'm christian and i'm sick of it. All I hear is 'All christians are retarded and stupid'. Bla bla bla. That's all I hear. I understand some christians can be mean also but how dare any of you target all christians when half of us don't do or say anything towards you. I bet if you wouldn't say a word against islam because they wouldn't take any of your sh*t. You also constantly say 'if God was a good God why would he let all those people starve?' I don't see any of you people giving millions of pounds to africa every year, building houses etc... You are in no position to complain about God and christians doing nothing when compared to christianity you are lazy sh*ts. That's all I have to say...

God approved of the Temple, statues and all

God also says never to pray to anyone but him but then he says to pray to the saints for help. And don't use the excuse 'oh your religion is trying to trick you, your in the wrong religion, or all that stuff was written by men and not God. Sorry for the rant but anyway im confused?

I know I asked this before but I read online that countless Saints say Mary died a Virgin. And that she is the Queen of Heaven and Earth an authority given by God himself. I mean no disrespect saying this. I also know that protestants want to keep the praying to Mary as minimal as possible because they say it distracts them from Jesus. And yet Mary herself says that praying to her adds to the beauty of loving Jesus. Another Saint says that never be afraid of loving Mary to much because know one could love Mary more than Jesus. To start with christians are as smart as cheese and atheist's are so scientific they shout mathematic sums during sex. There I found something you can agree on. You both hate me.

This is what I think Christianity should be like. A non judgmental religion. I also believe atheism should have the right to blossom just like any other belief. As it's dedicated to science. Science has helped the world a lot and I believe atheism could help further. I also believe it's ridicolous to believe that there's no such thing as dinosaurs and the earth is just 6000 years old. Honestly no wonder were the laughing stock of the world. I also believe gay people should be aloud to marry as Jesus would never reject anyone and he would never protest against gay people.

He predicted 9/11 would happened and 7/11, WW1, WW2, the boxing day tsunami, hitler and the killing of the jews. He even almost got hitlers name right. He called him Hister. He has also predicted WW3.

When my girlfriend and my other friends from America came over to Ireland to visit me they were all surprised because they thought we were so behind time. They also thought we constantly ate potatoes or as we call it spuds and got drunk all night. What is it with the world labelling every country they see. It's like the irish are the drunks, the british are stuck up posh people and the french hates everyone? What's up with the world?

I can speak French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Irish, Russian, Dutch and obviously English. My friends make fun of me for it. I enjoy being able to speak 9 languages other than english. Because I can have a proper conversation with foreigners.My friends constantly say i'm a know it all. As I get great grades. And i'm not a geek or anything. I didn't have to study hard to pass any exam. They're constantly getting down on me for it.

My friend is an atheist and i'm christian and I know what your all going to say. But i'm not that sort of christian because I know that dinosaurs did roam the earth and I know that the earth is a lot more than 600 years old. So I do look a lot on the science view of things but anyway as I was saying. Me and my atheist friend was having a argument and eventually I asked what is it that atheist's believe. She said and I quote 'We believe no higher power exists and we believe in nothing we cannot see'. So I laughed and said (as a joke) because you can't see the sun today because it's cloudy are you implying you don't believe the sun is there. She then said yes. She honestly believes there is no such thing as the sun. I tried to correct her by saying without the the sun we couldn't exist. And she said oh be quiet i'm right. Then I said your absolutely absurd. I guess what the question is why does my so called atheist friend not believe in the sun when it's right in front of her.

I find it barbaric. I would have them done for discrimination in a minute if I could.

I'm just curious...

I'm from Ireland and I love England. I've been to England countless times. Even though Ireland's and England's difficult past I still like the country. And it's arguments over the Catholic Church and Protestant. Well I was shocked to find out half the world doesn't feel the same way I do. The french hate you, most of the irish do, most Catholics do, iraq does. And many other countless countries. Why does half the world hate you. Did England do something wrong?

Every damn year there is a orange parade in Northern Ireland to show that england still rules northern ireland. They also make fun of catholics and discriminate against them. Over the past years the police has constantly harassed the irish. I remember years ago a man from the british army came to streets and killed a young boy and all the irish gathered round and began to cry. The man then said 'All of you get back inside otherwise there will be another corpse. And the queen awarded him for doing this. I understand that not all people are pure evil. I know Ireland did it's fair share of killing but to kill a young boy and then threaten a street full of people. And then reward it. It's absolutely horrifying. Some people have no remorse for human life. And don't say it didn't happen because the young boy that died was my cousin. For years Ireland has been persecuted by england and no wonder we have begun to fight back. It took us long enough. The other generation and the queen and Margaret thatcher deserved it.
