A person who fears their own gender. Nothing to do with sexuality or discrimination.

I have been out of work for nearly a year now and have had a few interviews which never came to anything. I simply can't bring myself to "selling myself" - the thought of going into an interview and coming out with stuff such as "I'm the best" feels like a fate worse than death. Oh, and I'm in my mid thirties and have never had a relationship so I would say I suffer from extreme poor self confidence.

I'm from the UK and recently got into football at a fairly late age and have found myself following five different UK clubs all of which I have regularly attended. Three of the clubs are in the Championship, one is in League One and the other is non-league. I won't state their names as this will cause bias in the answers. Has anyone had this dilemma and what brought them home? I don't think I'd ever have one but two is easier than five. Please - only serious answers.

At night time, the budgie gives signs of being tired and wants me out of the room so she can go to sleep. However, when I get the cage cover out, she suddenly bursts into life and starts playing with her toys and then gets angry and starts pecking when I put the cover on her cage. Should I leave her uncovered?

Those who support more than one football team will have a dilemma if the two teams play against each other. Has this ever happened to you? How did you react? What was the experience like? How did you resolve the dilemma? PLEASE - Don't answer if you're going to ridicule the idea of liking two teams.

If so, then why do you think this is? How do you integrate multiple support? What do you tell people? Have both your teams ever competed against each other? If so, how did you handle this?

I don't want simple answers such as "xxxx are the best" - I want to know what REASONS you support the team. For example, is the team your home town? Do you personally identify with the town/city? Have you always followed that team(s) I would also like to hear from people who support multiple teams, and their reasons.

Given the sacrifices one has to make when having children, what is it that makes people want to have children? What is the internal driving force? This may sound like a silly question but why do some people want children and others don't?

For men in the UK, what have your experiences been like with online dating? How long did it take you (if successful) to meet someone? What tips have you got?

They steal a tycoons paintings and set fire to them, when he doesn't meet their demands? I remember a scene where they daisy chained a load of paintings together with a device which set them on fire sequentially with the intention of the victim seeing his paintings destroyed before he is set alight. I think it was in Hong Kong or somewhere in Asia.

Can someone please list/describe all the known types of human attraction there is? For example; my guess is physical, emotional, romantic and social. Does the existence of asexuals (people who don't experience sexual attraction) mean that sexual attraction is different to physical attraction? Is there such a thing as "social attraction" which controls the type of people you want to socialise with? Do some people have more types of attraction than others?

This may seem a stupid question but what exactly makes a guy creepy? At what point does he stop being creepy? And what does it take to make him attractive to women?

When a guy pursues a woman e.g. asking her out. How does he do this without being regarded as "creepy" ?

Cabin crew have become more and more obsessed with trying to put economy passengers to sleep.

Previously, this only ever happened on night-time flights (where passengers are genuinely trying to sleep) or very long west-bound daytime flights (where passengers may want a nap to break up a very long day).

However, on a recent east-bound daytime flight (where the day is crunched up to less than 24 hours), the cabin crew made everyone put the blinds down. I now think its a way for cabin crew to have an easy life (since sleeping passengers don't require food or drink) and it saves money for the airline since they don't need to stock up as much food or drink.

Has anyone on here managed to stand their ground and keep their blind open? If so, then what did you do to get rid of them?

I seem to be under the impression that the American way of thinking, when it comes to business, is that anyone who has been with one company for a long time is regarded as deadwood. Is this true? Are there American companies who take the alternative approach and regard long service as loyalty?

Since the major sites cater mainly for homosexuals and heterosexuals, do you put a profile on each claiming to be homosexual and heterosexual? Do you say on Match.com that you're bisexual - what responses do you get? Please, only sensible answers.

If you're a Westerner who is normally attracted to Western people only and you spend a long time in an Oriental culture, does your sense of attractiveness temporarily change in response to the change in environment?

As a bisexual, I find males and females attractive. When I confessed this to a group of homosexual men, they reacted as though my tastes were "disgusting". I understand that homosexual men have no attraction whatsoever towards women but I didn't think it was a repulsion (like a persons response to rotten eggs) or that I'd be met by such disapproval.
