can I feed coconut oil to my horse to increase muscle mass?

They get into terrible fights sometimes drawing blood. I dont know how to break them up without being bitten. All I want is for them to get along with each other. I love them both dearly. Does anyone have a suggestion? I dont want to rehome one. I just want the fighting to stop!

I feed my dogs Pro Plan Salmon and now I have been told that they are NOT making it anymore. I tried the other with the shredded pieces and my dogs wont eat it. Does anyone know any information about that???? Please dont bash me for feeding Pro Plan it does good for my dogs.

one puppy will not pee in his crate but the other one does. Is that a bad sign for future of the puppy that pees in the crate? They are 4 months old.

question...4 attacked my feet with their tails wagging...2 ignored me completely and 3 were afraid to come out of the dog house...the owner went in the doghouse to get them out. Is this going to be their personality types??? Or are they still young enough to change? I liked one of the 3 that ran to me..it was a little girl and I noticed she was not the alpha pup she just ran faster than the others. I liked the color of one in the doghouse...he was sweet when I held him and then I sat him down and he just stood there for a second or two as if to say are you done picking me up... any idea about this is appreciated..I want a non dominate sweet non aggressive dog. thanks

at my home. I am trying to decide if a puppy could fit in with my group better or if anyone out there has intergrated a young adult into your pack sucessfully

Also what is the best way to pick a puppy out of a large group? I have a dominate female spayed lab and a neutered male german shepard mix. I also have kids and a cat...thanks1

or is it all chance? She is about 7-8 months old and very very loving after you pet her but she is also shy like she has been kicked or beat and by looking at her underfed. She is VERY VERY skinny. Lots of ribs show on the poor baby. She acts afraid of dogs. The other dogs at the shelter were being aggressive as we walked to the visit room and this baby tucked tail and tried to run. Any thoughts???? I would LOVE to save her but unsure due to her unknown background

A man is getting rid of the pitbull who is a female and I hate to think what her fate could be. I have never owned a pitbull before. She is sweet and he had 3 other dogs besides her. My lab is the dominate dog and she is female. any thoughts? thanks in advance

right now I have 4 but I really want one more. I just worry about what people think about the number of dogs I keep. I dont want people to think I am one of those collectors. Is 5 to much???

Are they doing this to mislead the public and boost their sells? Science Diet and Pedigree are doing this and probably more that I dont know about.

but could function in life. Monday was ok no diarrhea or vomiting and Tuesday was ok but on Wednesday diarrhea, cramps attacked again after eating Mexican.... Could I have food poisoning??? Wednesday night before all this started we ate questionable salmon and chicken...

Just adopted a GS mix. His age is unknown and the vet said all of his adult teeth are present. The vet also said the teeth are still small. Does that mean he is still growing? I am curious how big he is going to be, right now he is large as my full grown lab. He has big, huge paws! He is kind of shy, timid also. Any ideas?

getting him intergrated with my other 2 dogs. An alpha female lab, who is spayed, and a neutered male puppy jack russel mix who is 9 months old. Right now the new arrival is on a trial period and things are not going well. He likes to play rough with the jack russel mix and my big lab has issues over possession of toys and treats and food ( they are fed separately) Should I give up and return him? I dont want to cause he is what I have been looking for but I cant take much more conflict. What can I do to help this situation besides returning the new super large puppy???

The adult is exactly what I have been searching for..then I found a puppy that is in line to be put to sleep and is living in pure HE**, she is very very cute and looks like she might be what I am looking for but as a puppy it is not certain. I am looking for a shepard mix and they both could fit the description. What should I do...the adult is in a no kill shelter and the puppy is in a kill pound (the worest in the county) I am confused. The puppy does need vet care asap cause I think she has worms very bad...the adult is ready for my home. any advice???? thanks in advance

I have a alpha spayed female lab ...the shelter where I am looking has a sweet Lab-boxer mix adult dog (neutered male) and also a sweet Lab-boxer mix female puppy about 4 months old. I have 3 human kids.....7 and 9 and 13 years old. My main concern about the adult is he is listed as a lab- boxer mix but he really looks like a pitbull NOT to say that is bad and I know it isnt the breed that is the problem and I have nothing against pit bulls....I only have concern about the safety of the kids and my alpha female lab ok, maybe I am alittle afraid of the pitbull stigma he is submissive and very loving. yet he looks like he could eat you. He is on petfinder.com under the name Bosco at the Ken-TN shelter listing. Any advice at all??? The little puppy is just that a puppy happy and nippy and chewie... thanks in advance
