Its funny, cuz my best friend's boyfriend is the super romantic type, he always gets her flowers, calls her just to hear her voice, spends all his quality time with her, etc. So, I was telling my boyfriend of 7 yrs that he never does things like that. So, he started buying me flowers like every freaking day, and called me every freaking hour. And it started pissing me off...lol..I told him that, he said he did that just to prove a point..and point well taken..lol..I thought I wanted all those things, but I don't..anyone here ever been through something similar..

I have 2 Bank of America accounts, a creditor put a freeze on my accounts. But, I'm already paying them back and only owe them another $500, but they put a freeze on my accounts for $2500 each. I contacted they creditor and they contacted BOA and told them to take the levy off. Now that the levy is off, I now have a deduction of $1,096.00 on my acct and it says it's for legal order, lts. I spoke to the creditor and they don't know what it is, and the bank said they have no information on who it is and why it was deducted from my account. Has anyone gone through this, and do you know what that is?

I ask this because my boyfriend and I were having this discussion with his 19 yr old brother, and this kid swears up and down Lil' Wayne is the greatest rapper that ever lived! Wayne is cool, but greatest rapper nah!! I don't know thats just my opinion, but I want to know yours.

Well I live in NYC and my old car was towed a few months ago because of tickets. I paid the tickets off, but i let the Marshal keep the car so that he can auction it off. (they take the towing fees after the car is auctioned). Now, they just recently sold the car. So, if whatever the car is sold for is more than the towing fees, Do I get the remaining balance of what the car was sold for?

Ex:

Towing Fees: $315.00

Car Auctioned For: $700.00

Balance after fees are paid: $385.00 <<Do i get this?
