My son is 4 and will be 5 in June. He has stuttered off and on since he was two. He stutters for a week or two and then doesn't stutter for 4 to 6 months. He just recently started another stuttering spell, but this time it is much more noticeable. Is this normal or is it time to have him tested? He stutters mostly with the first word of his sentences. Its that very first word. He can continue with the rest of what he's saying with little difficulty. His words seem to be more drawn out now too. Most of the words he stutters over are like what, that, when etc. He probably stutters on average 5-6 times in an hour give or take a few. I'm just concerned and looking for any advice. Thanks!

I'm wondering if I'm actually considered to be related to my husband's cousin? I know there is no blood relation, but when you get technical about it are we related? Would we be recognized as relatives?

My husband and I have been having issues. The biggest issue of our relationship is his drinking. We have twin 4 year olds and this weekend he took them to his sister's house to see the new baby. Apparently it turned in to a horse shoe throwing and drinking party where everyone there drank except for his sister who is breast feeding and other kids all who were 4 and 5 years of age. My husband then drove our children home. My first thought is to file for custody and divorce him since this has been an issue for the majority of our marriage. Yes, I did know he drank before we got together, but we were young and I always thought that people changed when they grew up and became parents. I knew my husband would do a lot of things like drink and not come home to 5 or 6am, but drinking with them around like that and then driving them home is a whole new low for him. Advice please. I'm not some crazy wife who is controlling am I? I should be furious that he put our kids in danger right?

My husband planted some flowers 2 weeks ago. It got down to 35 degrees last night and it frosted, but I covered them. What are the chances they will survive? They didn't get frost on them, but they looked frozen.

She lost like 30 pounds, but she looks 6 months pregnant. Her stomach is hard just like when your pregnant. She has taken a hpt and it was negative plus she had her tubes tied 12 years ago. Just wondering what this could be. She has an appointment with the doctor, but I'm just wondering what it might be.

We had sex while I was ovulating. Two days later I threw up in the morning for no reason. Today I'm discharging clears stuff like I did when we got pregnant with our twins. What do you think? It's only been a few days, would my body start giving me signs this early or is it all in my head?

My husband wants a portable Sirius radio for Christmas. There are two types a SL 10 and a SL 100. What is the difference. I know there is a price difference, but I need to know what that means before making my decision. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone have a number to call Santa this year? I tried the ones there were posted on here from last year, but it doesn't work. My kids would love to call and listen to a recording of Santa. If anyone has a toll free number please let me know.

My son was recently diagnosed with eczema. Our pediatrician told me to quit bathing him everyday and to get Eucerin lotion. First off I read that bathing daily is important for people with eczema, so I'm a little confused. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or suggestions for helping my son. He has a mild case and it just seems like he has really dry skin, but I just want to help him.

I have a wedding to attend this weekend. I'm hoping to save a little money and wear something I already own. I have a navy knit dress and a red knit dress. I plan to dress them up with accessories, but is the color navy ok? I'm questioning the red dress because her wedding colors are red and white. The wedding is at 2pm, we live in a rural town in Virginia and the wedding isn't over the top, but not a cheap wedding either. Just trying to save a little money, but would appreciate honest opinions.

My husband and I are considering divorce. We have twin 3 year olds. He plans to request joint custody. I wouldn't have a problem with that if he spent time with his children now. He is scheduled to keep the kids while I work one day a week, but he usually says he can't because he's tired, or plans something else. This year they've went to daycare on his day more than he has kept them. He hardly ever sees them. I get them up everyday, take them to daycare on their scheduled days, I spend the evenings with them, cook dinner, give them their baths and put them to bed. My children are very attached to me and I know they couldn't handle overnight stays without me. I am their routine. Will these things be taken into consideration? I don't mind him seeing them, but I worry about how traumatic it will be at this age. I think they could handle it better if they were a little older.

My three year old daughter just started throwing temper tantrums at bed time. She's been doing it for the last week. I go through our normal routine, but when I leave the room she starts screaming, crying, kicking the bed and so on. I try to explain to her it's bedtime and she needs her rest to grow, but nothing works. She screams and cries until I come back in and this lasts for an hour or so. I'm wondering if I should let her cry it out at this age? I feel like she throws these tantrums because she knows I'll come back in. This is really a problem because she shares a room with her twin brother and she is keeping him awake. Not to mention it takes a toll on all of us. Help!!!

My 3 year old daughter has been acting very odd the last few days. She complains that her belly hurts and points to her belly button. She even makes me put band-aids on it when there is no sign of scratches or bruises. Last night she was up 8-10 times crying, squirming and pushing on her belly. She has also been wetting the bed 2 and 3 times a night. She wets the bed pretty often, but not more than once usually. I have an appointment with her pediatrician this afternoon, but was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what this might be. Thanks!!

On my computer some SonicWall content filter just started popping up. I haven't done anything to it. It was fine yesterday and started doing this today. I just want to know where to find the program and how to remove it. I went to the add/remove programs, but don't see anything that says SonicWall. Please Help!!!

Woke up with an irritated throat, feel very weak, no appetite and my lymph nodes are slightly enlarged. Up above my left lymph node there is a little ball, haven't ever felt it before. Is this just infection? I'm not running a fever, but I just feel blah.

I missed a few pills at the beginning of my pack of birth control. I doubled up and then my husband and I had sex a day or two later. Usually we are very carefull, but in the heat of the moment we didn't clean up very well before doing it again. Calculated to see when I would be most fertile turns out it was on this exact day. I felt like I had cramps or like my ovaries hurt. Do you think I'm pregnant? We have been pregnant before, but I don't remember this happening.

My 3 year old daughter stays dry during the day but wets the bed. Not every night probably because before I go to bed I get her up to use the bathroom. I've taken her to the pediatrician because she was dry for like 3 months straight and she started wetting the bed. The first doctor we saw diagnosed her with a yeast infection. The second doctor said it was normal that his daughter was in pull ups until she was 5. To me this isn't normal. I'm just wondering if there is something I can do to help her through this? Is this normal? This is my first time potty training and I'm a little lost at this point and feeling a little discouraged.

Took my puppy to the vet today and she asked me if I knew what kind of dog he was. We don't and she said he was a corkie. What is this and where can I find some info. I've looked around on the internet.

My husband and I are having real trouble. We argue quite a bit and here lately it's even been in front of the children. Which I know is unacceptable. It's really gotten bad here in the last month or so.

To give some background info. we have two children and we both work full time jobs. I take care of the household chores and children completely. My husband goes fishing, works out and basically does whatever he wants. He comes and goes as he pleases. I do all these things for my children not so much my husband, because I'm fed up at this point. Relationships are 50/50. Now on top of it all he accuses me of cheating on him, which I'm not. How would I have time? To make matters worse he puts me down pretty often. Calling me names, saying I'm fat, washed up, and that no one else would want me because I have stretch marks and two kids. Still yet he expects me to have sex with him at the end of the day. To me this is just rediculous. That all he cares about. Am I wrong?
