On Friday I went alil overboard with sugar, having a Starbucks mocha light frapp and a bag of m&ms a couple hrs later. Right after I felt lightheaded and dizzy for hours. That night I had diahrrea from I think something else I ate. I'm still dizzy/lightheaded n don't know y. Could I b prediabetic? I'm 23 and bout average weight....also I know I eat too much sugar on a regular basis.

I read that fruits' sugar isn't that harmful to your blood sugar/cholesterol bc it has fiber too....if I take a fiber pill with cookies/cake will it have a similar effect? I want to reduce the tiredness I sometimes feel after eating sweets.

I want to eat alot of leafy greens, whole grain, etc but after one meal of kale and whole wheat pasta, I am very constipated. Should I just keep eating this way but maybe drink more water? How can I fix this constipation/gas?

The orientation process isn't going well (disorganized, didn't send me an e-mail I needed so had to change my webinar date) so I went online and found some reviews. Most said to avoid this company, it's horrible, etc. but some said it's good. Anybody here have an opinion of them?

I'm a 22 year old female and consider myself to be straight, despite the fact that I've never even been on a date with a male. If I saw a good-looking guy and good-looking girl, I definitely look at the guy first. But lately I've gotten close with a female friend of mine who happens to be into girls. She is taken and I don't think I'm interested in her in that way, but idk. I feel almost a love for her, unlike I've felt for other friends. I love being with her more than anyone and I like when she hugs me (but could just be because i lack any intimacy). I'm not into any other girls and never have been. I don't know if I love her deeply as a friend or if this is something else?

I'm 21 and I lay on the couch with the computer on my lap alot. I think it's causing me to get wrinkles on my neck that are more pronounced than I should have at my age. If I stop laying like that, am I young enough for them to go away or is it a lost cause and there is no point in changing how I use my computer?

this is my first cross-stitch project and i was doing it without a hoop but didnt like how my left hand made the left side of the fabric flimsy from holding it so much. So i got a hoop but now, whenever i take it off, there is a circle imprint on my aida fabric. i might stop using the hoop due to this. How can i get rid of the imprint? thanks.

I was born with a spinal defect so I need to be careful when I exercise not to hurt my lower back. I want to lose weight in my stomach but what are exercises I can do that will not hurt my back? Is cardio (like walking on treadmill) something that could help me lose weight in my stomach even though its not directly towards my stomach?

There are two bridal showers (one from our side and her side) and then the actual wedding. Do I bring a gift to just one of the events, all of them, or to one shower and the wedding? I'm confused.

I was watching a tv show where a hot guy gets beaten up, is sitting in the dumpsters, and his fiance comes to his aid. Is it normal to get turned on by something like that? I don't even know if it was what u consider to be "turned on". I felt alittle hot and breathed faster.

I turned 21 yesterday and had my first alcoholic drink (Malibu with pineapple juice). After it, my heart was beating loudly and fast. My friend told me that is normal (didn't find it too pleasant though). Is it hurting my heart to make it beat so fast? It feels so unnatural when you aren't doing any physical activity. Oh, another important detail, I take 125 mg of Zoloft per day for an anxiety disorder. I hear that increases the effects of alcohol. I wonder if that is why my heart was racing....

He is a grown dog, 4 years old, but my family never lets him walk around the house alone b/c we are afraid that either he will pee or eat something and die. He is pretty housetrained; he mostly knows that it is better to pee and poop outside. However, I think he is very curious and might eat some junk, little things on the floor. How can I feel comfortable letting him walk around alone? Thanks.

I was backing out of a space in this super tiny parking lot, and tapped this jeep parked behind me on its right corner. I got out and saw there was alittle scrape on it, and some scratches on mine. It was already a scraped up/dirty car so I thought leaving a note would kinda be ridiculous...they wouldn't even notice which thing on them was from me. Is it bad that I just left?

my brother's girlfriend has been trying to think of the term forever and can't remember it, so I am trying to help. She thinks it starts with an A and it is the state someone is in before they are in love, like where u are immersed in them.

I just started there and have a couple questions.

1) How do I change eye color? I started out with brown eyes and can't figure out how to get blue eyes.

2) How do I properly change the hair? I came with a brown updo type thing, and when I tried to change the hair, it just changed it underneath the brown updo. It was like I was wearing a wig over my real hair. So how do I fix this? Thanks!

Then, I ate an apple because it is supposed to lower blood sugar. But, apples have sugar so I don't know how that was supposed to work. Anyways, I am still feeling weird and want to know how to lower my blood sugar quickly so i feel better? I'm 19 and don't have diabetes. Thanks.
