hello, My daughter just turned 4 late Feb, so she will just meet the deadline to be able to start kindergarten this year. My daughter is very smart, and also very tail for her age, but I don't know if she is ready. I was going to put her in half days, but the school I want her to go to does not offer half days, only full. I don't know if my daughter will be ready at her young age for full days. I really don't know what I should do.

I have just recently been diagnosed with bipolar and I am trying to understand how I am feeling. I do get periods of lots of energy, where I am almost giddy, but they only last for a couple of days. I also get a high almost when I have money. I find I have issues with the lows more then the highs. When I am low I feel

-detached from the world. Almost like I am in a dream. Is this normal for bipolar?

-I have bad anxiety

-no energy

-I eat like crazy

-want to sleep all the time. Find myself to be tired all the time

-issues with my memory, is this normal?

-I also find I have to strain to see.

I also started having issues with margins a couple years ago and am wondering if this is liked to bipolar.

I am currently taking Lithium to treat my bipolar and I am finding myself to be very tired and sluggish. I am also concerned that I am going to gain weight on this medication, as I have read that is one of the side affects. I would like some feed back about this medication and if it had side effect, if so what. Also did you notice weight gain? Thanks

Hello, my mom's 50th birthday is tomorrow and I would like to write something to her letting her know just how much she means to me. I am not very good with finding the right words, so I am looking for some help please. My mom raised em on her own and did an amazing job. She is a very strong women, who accomplishes anything she puts her mind to and I admire that so much. I have had a lot of ups and downs and she has always been by my side. Hello, I am currently doing the master cleanse and I am looking for some tips or feed back as to how much weight you lost. Also I have not been really having an bowl movement on this diet, is this normal? I do however pee like crazy.

My Husband and I have been together for 5 years. In this 5 years we have been through a lot. Last year he had a one night stand. I was extremely hurt by this, but have forgiven him some what. I feel like I can trust him, but I am really afraid to. Funny thing is he does not want me to ever go and go out with friends with out him. He acts like I am the one who cheated. Over the past 6 months we have really grown apart. He smokes pot all the time, which I have a major problem with. All he wants to do is play video games and smoke pot. I can't count on him to do anything. He never thinks of me, he never does anything special for me. I just don't know what to do. Last year I felt like my world would end without him, and now I feel like I want him as far away from me as he can get. I think about other men and how our relationship would be. The hardest part of all this is we have a 3 year old daughter together. She is my world and I am worried about how it would affect her if we split up. Can anyone give me some advice as to how to make him come around? I am tired of doing all the work in our relationship. I do all the major cleaning, cooking, taking care of our daughter, paying the bills, making his lunch, spending time with our daughter while he plays his stupid game. I am SICK of this.

I have had anxiety issues in the past but just recently it has gotten worse. In the past 8 months i just started getting migraines. With that i also get a major pain in my jaw. i just recently have been having problems with dizziness, it is almost like i feel like i am high. Along with this I have had major panic attacks and I am very paranoid. I have a very hard time focusing, and it is like I space out some times. has anyone ever had these problems with anxiety before? If so how long did it take to get better and what did you do to get better. I have just started a new medication and am hoping this helps.

In the past I suffered from extremely bad anxiety. Now all of a sudden it is happening to me again. I was so proud that I had it under control for a while, but now I can't seem to control it. I also find my mood very up and down. I don't want to take prescription medication, is there something else that can help me?

María Magdalena Marín Flores alias “La Gorda” reconoció abiertamente su participación en el grupo de Alejandro Valdez Gutiérrez dentro de los Zetas. De entrada dijo ser del estado de México y habitar el domicilio en la Región 95 manzana 18 lote 14

“La Gorda” detalló cómo desde el 2009 entró a la célula delictiva e incluso conoció al jefe de la plaza de aquel entonces, quien era conocido como “El Mango”. También dijo pertenecer al grupo administrativo de la estructura del “Comandante Pelón” que era conformado por 18 personas.

María Magdalena tenía como principal función el rentar domicilios para el grupo criminal. En sus primeros meses de trabajo fue comisionada a una casa de seguridad en residencial Pok Ta Pok donde junto con Gabriela Ayuso alias “La “Abuela”, cumplía su labor.

Para rentar los domicilios tenían que cumplir tres requisitos. El primero pasar como mujeres honestas y trabajadoras. La segunda era encontrar una buena ubicación con rutas de entrada y salida ante cualquier tipo de inconveniente. La tercera era la más importante, pues tenían que ser casas discretas, cerradas completamente, con salidas en ambos lados y con cochera para vehículos.

Su mayor paso dentro de la organización delictiva ocurrió en el mes de abril, cuando rentó una casa en la Supermanzana 57 privada Haití manzana 25 lote 6 en residencial Las Américas.

En ese domicilio, en los primeros días de marzo llevaron a una mujer y a dos personas de sexo masculino. Esta gente estaba amordazada y vendada. Eran secuestrados.

Con la mujer tuvo una relación más directa. A María Magdalena Marín le tocaba bañarla y darle de comer, y en una ocasión cometió el error de quitarle la venda a esta víctima.

Su error le costó caro, pues fue “tableada” por órdenes de Marco Antonio Ramírez Ojeda alias “La Marmota”, quien actualmente también se encuentra detenido en la cárcel municipal.

El 2 de mayo, el grupo operativo de Alejandro Valdez Gutiérrez conformado por “El Negro”, “El Greñas”, “El Conejo”, “El Garrobo” y “La Perra”, quienes llegaron de Playa del Carmen, acudieron al domicilio de residencial Las Américas para llevarse a la mujer y a sus dos acompañantes.

Dos días después, el 4 de mayo, María Magdalena Marín Flores alias “La Gorda”, conocería por los periódicos que la mujer que ella había atendido se trataba de Irene García May, quien fue levantada el 22 de marzo en Chiquilá en el municipio de Lázaro Cárdenas.

Ese día, narra la detenida, descubrió que la señora había aparecido viva con varios cuerpos en un cenote de Villas Otoch. También conoció que el grupo que había dado por muerta a la hija del ejidatario, comenzó a esconderse ya que la dieron por muerta sin comprobarlo y por ese error, los Zetas dieron la orden de liquidarlos, pues su víctima estaba viva

Los 26 cuerpos encontrados asesinados en calles de las regiones y narcofosas, fueron asesinados a sangre fría por el grupo comandado por Alejandro Valdez Gutiérrez alias “El Comandante Pelón”.

En su mayoría, se trataba de personas relacionadas con el narcomenudeo y en donde había un ex policía. Sin embargo, también había gente inocente como los trabajadores del restaurantero Roberto Luévano Domínguez y la hija de un narcomenudista que estuvieron secuestrados durante 20 días antes de ser ejecutados por los Zetas.

Sin embargo, hubo alguien que sí salvo la vida. Ella fue Irene García May hija de un ejidatario del municipio de Lázaro Cárdenas, y cuyo cuerpo fue encontrado en una narcofosa ubicada en un cenote de Villas Otoch.

García May fue la única víctima que salió viva de los últimos secuestros y levantones llevados a cabo por el grupo de Alejandro Valdez Gutiérrez alias “El Comandante Pelón” y quien actualmente se encuentra recluido en la cárcel municipal.

De hecho, su detención originó que el grupo de los Zetas dedicado a las ejecuciones y secuestros, decidieran acabar con la vida de todos aquellos que aún mantenía prisioneros en las distintas casas de seguridad que la célula tenía en distintos puntos de la ciudad.

A partir de la captura del “Comandante Pelón” se destapó una realidad aterradora en Cancún, donde los asesinatos, ejecuciones y hechos violentos, han comenzado a cobrar vida propia en un lugar donde la tranquilidad se ha alejado considerablemente.

Por eso es que en las declaraciones de los Zetas detenidos se encuentran una serie de historias que originan escalofríos, toda vez que se relatan levantones, secuestros y muertes.

My daughter has a small white ball, about the size of a ball point pen. It does not appear to be extremely hard. My husband popped it, and it became bloody. it is now back to the way it was. I am having a really hard time potty training my daughter. She is a little over 2 ½ years. She does not like to go to the potty. I have bought her kinder surprise eggs and told her if she goes number 2 in the potty she will get one, but not even this is working. Please help with some ideas.

Also the second part of my question is do you think it is bad that I let her watch treehouse in her room? She loves her treehouse, so we put a TV in her room so she can watch from time to time. I feel bad that I put it in there because I also did it for my own reason, it gives me a little break. Does this make me a bad parent? I feel that I don’t spend enough quality time with her sometimes. I am always so busy with work, cleaning and cooking it is hard to find the time everyday.

my husband and I were going through a very hard time. During this time he cheated on me. I don't want to leave him. I see that he is sorry, but I am so afraid he will do this again. I want him to know that I will not put up with this happening again. I am not sure how to handel this.
