I personally have never heard a conservative argue in favor of any elite group over any other group. So I don't know where this idea comes from. Is it because they argue in favor of fair and equitable taxation and not fall for that class warfare of taxing the rich?

It seems to me that's what voters wanted.
No compromise
No bi-partisanship
No clear choice between the two parties.

There are other subjects on politics that are more important and relevant.
Like this historic event: Republicans seem to be willing to raise taxes on people (millionaires) while they control the House of Representatives. That hasn't happened in any recent decade. That would seem to be a victory for President Obama.

There are rules of capitalization in english grammar. What do you think the significance of it is considering the founders were well educated business people who were educated in both law and english grammar?

The Constitution is a document that tells the government what duties the government is to perform for the people. The Bill of Rights tells the government that they are not to violate the listed or the unlisted rights that the people are born with.
Why do you think some people do not understand that their rights do not originate from the government?

I do believe it is good to use the force of government to protect peoples lives from others and protect their rights but should the government be used to force the people to give away their property to others?
