I was at the mall hanging out with some of my 17 year old friends. Some kids who were ages 14 to 17 decided they wanted to mess around with my friends, I broke up two fights. One fight though lead to me getting a black eye. I did not defend myself for fear of prosecution. I was jumped by one 15 year old, and one 16 year old. Punched 6 times in the head, three in the back three on and around my left eye. I am 18, could i have fought back without legal complications?

Now please answer truthfully and don't mess around. Cause i really need to know this, cause i am worried that if i get jumped again they will take advantage of the fact that i cant Legally fight back. I was only jumped by two of there 9. I think it was to test me, I took their hits and laughed but a 6'4 280 pound man can only take so much punishment.

Ok i am 17 will be 18 in october. I am currently single and my friend is trying to hook me up with his GFs cusin, she 15. Now i dont see the big deal it only 3 year but others are like, thats just wrong and so on and so forth. I dont understand why, i was hoping somone could shed some light on the situation for me. In almost all of the fine print and term of use stuff it says you must own must have written the song in question. So this make me wonder, can i still add, say a cover of Last Resort by Papa Roach and not get in trouble. Cause people do covers on youtube all the time so i was just wondering if i did upload a cover would i get in trouble. I mean i am not in a band or anything, i am just a amature guitarest. I have been play guitar for a month now, and just recorded at home my first little jam. I have a bass and a drum program called hydrogen and a mic, and i want to put out a full fledged song. Nothing big just a little somthing. I was hopeing i could get some tips to song writting. What to start with, lyrics, drums, bass, guitar. Anything will help, thanks.

I am a guitarest, amature, been playing a month and am recording some of my work, basicly just goofing off but i want to get some serios good sounding songs, lyrics and all. ATM all i have is a guitar bass and mic. So i want to find a good drum programs as i cant get a real set. I have Beatcraft demo atm and it is ok, sounds a little robotic but maybe just cause i havent really tried it yet. If anyone knows any good programs please let me know :) thanks

I just got my first guitar ever, got it at a yard sale, its a first act wal-mart guitar, does the job but i am looking to upgrade to somthing that will really shred some good noises. I want it be metle like. Good distorion but not to much, i have only had my first one for a week now so i was hoping somone would have some suggestions. Cheaper the better as i am not looking to pay over 250, i know it narrows it down but any help will be apreciated. Thanks

Allright i know i will be flammed for this but so be it, i play guitar hero on expert and i know its nothing like the real thing but i can get my fingers moving pretty fast, and i am looking to find a good start electric guitar. I was wondering if their any cheap ones that sound at all decent, hell dont even have to sound decent. I have a acustic but just dont enjoy trying to learn on it, always been a rock guy. I love this girl, and she knows that i "Loved" her, i think she thinks i no longer do. Well she said that she loves me but not in the same way, in a brother/sister kinda way. Now were both teens but i am older, but even though she does not like me the same way i still love her, i go to bed and dream about her (Nice Dreams), i wake up thinking about her. I hang out with her every day and its not weird or anything i can handle it but i just want to know what to do. Whats worse is that, she... well frankly she flirts with me. Might be me just seeing what my mind wants to see but its looks like flirting to me, And i just don't know what to do. Just to give you a perspective of out state of mind, I am 17 years old, and shes14. Now i know its four years and frankly i don't care, so if your gonna bring up that, just go to the next persons question please. While i know most people thinks its kinda weird with four years, but in life four years is nothing especily when it comes to love.....

I want to help a friend, she just got a Ipod, but she doesent own a computer. She listens to alot of music i dont like. Can i install a second itunes client just for her and keep our music serperate if i install the second iTunes in another directory? Thanks for any help.

Every two or so months my Border Cali gets down, she wont eat, use the bathroom, all she does is sleep and pant. And she wines at wirde times, like she was staring at a wall and did a small quiet wine, and she gets terrified when somone pets her, and cant look anyone in the eye, and she is very skitish, cringing when ever somone moves. Now it goes away after a few days, but i would like to know what this is. She look so sad. She was a stray and we took her in, we think maybe she was abused as a pup, but we dont know, we take Real good care of her. Any help will be apreciated.

I'm planning to upgrade my CPU, i have a soket type of 462 pin microPGA, Socket A i believe. I am looking on newegg and have found no AMD/Intel CPUs with the soket type. i currently have a AMD Athlon XP 2800+ and am wanting to get a dule core, somthing that would alow me to play Crysis without having to replace my Mother Board. Anyone know of a CPU like this. Or a site that has a bigger selection of item then newegg.

I'm looking for information on my CPU, i have done searchs and have come up with nothing, i want to know everything, from clock speed to soket type, if anyone knows information or where i can find information on this let me know.
