  • Night photos on the iPhone?

    It's Bonfire Night tomorrow, and I plan to take some photos of the bonfire and the fireworks and my kids enjoying them with my iPhone 3GS.

    What can I do to ensure the best possible pictures? I'm interested in both technique and technical advice.

    I'm happy to spend a few quid on Apps if they'll make a significant difference to the quality.

    I am aware that proper photographers don't use iPhones; please don't just recommend I buy a decent camera or similar. I'm a total hobbyist with no pretentions to being anything more than a point-and-clicker. I'm just interested in improving what I can do with my iPhone.
