I just got a letter from the state of Alabama driving safety about getting a physical to prove my cognitive skills as it relates to driving. I have never had any symptoms but my blood sugar count is high. Can I prove that I am able to drive without treating my diabetes. I will get my diabetes treated but right now I don't have the money or job to do it.

As opposed to Shawn a possible under achiever who did have the love of his life .

Or Wil that almost loses his love to his defense mechanism, which Shawn may have saved coincidentally.

I feel i could handle doing small jobs to get something going.

I m not sure how to get the kind of jobs i could handle.

Even sober if one were acting incoherent they may be suspended for unsafe or sick disposition

I completely understand the safety of keeping drunks for driving but .04 is becoming the standard and honestly your own saliva could ferment enough to fail that tolerance. And the old .08 was really strict in the first place. 1.0 would be completely tolerable and safe.

2 beers should not get you arrested no matter how weak your tolerance is.

I have never failed a sobriety test btw.

But the current laws are way too strict.
