My parents have changed their will so that only my sister and I inherit. I am married with children but have children to a former marriage who I do not wish to inherit nor do my parents as they are more than adequately taken care of already. My parents want me to spend around $500 to make a will with their solicitor but I don't have that sort of money. Will one of those do it yourself kits be ok? Has anyone had any dealings with these?

I have been invited to my neighbour's shower, but I have no idea what to buy as a gift.

I am having a baby christening and luncheon...is it ok to invite my partner's brother with just his "name and family" or should I put his "name, his wife's name and family"? I sent out the invitation in the first way and his wife got extremely upset that I didn't include her name on the invitation. They have been married for 14 years and she said that I was being incredibly rude as I have only been in the family for a year?

I seem to be less and less able to cope with any form of change to any part of my day unless I have a lot of warning and am able to plan ahead. Is it normal to have such high levels of stress if a simple plan gets changed at the last minute? For example, yesterday I took a friend to the doctor and had planned in my mind how long it would take and what time I would be home. It turned out she needed to see another doctor afterwards and I had to take her to the specialist, which meant that I didn't get home until very much later than I had planned. I felt extremely anxious and was constantly pacing because I had things that I had planned to do at home and needed to go. Consequently, I was very angry and agitated with my children and husband, because my time schedule was out, I had a severe headache and while I managed to fall asleep, I didn't stay asleep for very long. This is fairly common for me if things don't work out with my day. Is this normal?Am I just being anal?

My 6mth old daughter has only put on 20grams since her 4mth needles and the doctor says she must put on weight in the next month. Could my milk not be nourishing enough for her? She is refusing solids. Should I put her onto formula?

I have 4 children and my 7yo is the 2nd oldest. She has started stealing food at all hours of the day and night. We have tried just about every parenting technicque and nothing is working. We even banned her from entering the kitchen and rather than stop her, it just made her become sneakier in her stealing habits. She is definately not hungry and is unable to explain why she is doing it. I feel so frustrated and can't figure out what it is that I am doing wrong. Please, has someone else had this problem or is it just me??
