Why do they like to take the Giants players who used to be good? It seems to be working great for them.

To me, the Patriots are way more impressive than the Red Sox because they have the same room to work with as everyone else. Getting ahead takes talent and good people running your organization. In baseball, teams are continuously able to outspend everyone. The big market teams are able to just push around the smaller market teams and get anyone they want. What do you think?

Is it more embarrassing for the Yankees to have the highest payroll in MLB by a landslide and not win the World Series or is it more embarrassing for the Dodgers to have the third highest payroll in MLB and not even come close to making the playoffs?

In a 13 team keeper league, is trading away chipper jones in the last year of his contract and Granderson in his 2nd year of a 3 year contract for Beltran in the first year of a three year contract a good move...I have Braun in the 1st year of 4 on my bench to cover chipper.

I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback and she is the sweetest dog. I've never heard her growl and she rarely barks. However, ever since my girlfriend started coming around often, my dog seems really protective of her when I'm not around. She barks at pretty much any guy who as much as walks by the house and growls at a lot of people (mostly guys) when I'm not with them. She even snapped at an older man in the park yesterday when my girlfriend took her up there. Is this normal? Have you heard of a dog being this protective over a woman, but not of a man? It's almost like when I'm around everything is fine, but when I'm not she feels like she has to protect my girlfriend.

I'm in a 13 team keeper league and have the opportunity to make this trade. I'd give Freddy Sanchez($9) and Danny Haren($15) who are both in the first year of a 3 year contract and I'd get Jeter ($25) in the last year of his three year contract. I'm also giving him my next year 1st year minor league draft pick for his 3rd round minor league draft pick (my minor leagues are already stacked so I'm not worried about this). So should I pull the trigger??
