I have three boys ages 14,15, and 17. Three years ago unknown to me my wife appeared in Brooklyn Family Court and accused me of unwanted sexual touching, taking my children out of state permanently without her consent, and having threatened to "Finish me if I messed with the kids."

None of those things are true, but as I did not know that I had to appear in court, I never attended and my previous orders of custody and protection against her were vacated. This made me guilty of domestic violence, which I wasn't.

Two years later she appeared in New Jersey Court and told the Judge that I had broken her jaw on one occasion and on another occasion, picked her up and thrown her to a hardwood floor.

The judged asked her if she had proof of having sought medial treatment to which replied "No."

The judge then asked her if she had sought medical treatment for her back injuries.

She said, "No."

The judge then asked, "Why not?"

She responded, "I couldn't afford a doctor." A lie because she had job and VA related unlimited health coverage.

Then the judge asked her, "Well, how did you manage with a broken jaw and your broken back?"

She answered, "I took pain medication."

The judge asked her, "You had a broken jaw and a broken back and you never sought medical attention?"

"That is correct," she answered.

Then the judge began speaking about the burden of proof, how her allegations did meet teat criteria. He asked me if I ever hit her. I answered, "No, she is lying."

Then my 20 year old daughter appeared.

The judged asked her, "Did you ever see your dad hit your mother?"

My daughter answered, "Yes." A lie.

The judge asked my former wife if she would, "Want a permanent restraining order?.

Wife answered, " yes."

The judge asked her, "Are you sure?"

She answered, "Yes."

So the judge issued the order. Outside the courtroom, my former wife was with my daughter signing papers. My daughter said, "I want to stay with Papa."

Her mother insisted," I am leaving and I am not waiting for you. Are you coming or not?

Hannah answered, "No, I am staying with Papa."

"Hannah, I am not fooling. I am going to leave without you. How are you going to get home?"

Hannah told her, "I am going with Papa." Then Hannah came over and sat next to me and said, "I am sorry Papa."

I asked Hannah, "Did you ever see me hit your mother?"

Hannah answered, "yes."

When did you ever see me hit your mother?"

Hannah, "Never. I never saw you hit her."

Then why did you tell the judge that you did?

Hannah, "Because Mama told me to."

Now, I am a federally registered Domestic Violence Offender. I am not guilty. She did this to secure custody of the boys who have called me many times that she has left them alone for days, ACS in NYC excluded her from the home for her violence and abuse and neglect of my children. Furthermore, ACS ordered me to obtain orders of protection for me and the boys or they would remove the boys from my custody. She has beaten and on one occasion has cut my oldest son Matthew, and beaten him severely on many occasions. She threatens to put then Matthew and Aaron in foster care, to call the police and have them arrested.

Additionally, she beat me severely enough that I needed ER medial care for stitches, by breaking my nose, throwing a phone at my face, Cutting me. When I tried to file a report, the police told me to go home and take care of business." On another occasion the police refused to take my complaint even though I was visibly bruised because my wife told them that I had been in Special Forces, an Airborne Ranger, a combat veteran, that I was a trained killer, That I had killed people, and that I knew how to hurt myself so I could blame it on her, and they became angry with me and refused to take a complaint.

I have never treated my children the way she has. She lies about me constantly. She told me she was going to tell everyone that I was a child molester, a pedophile, a wife beater and a rapist. She threatened to send someone to shoot me. I moved to South Carolina to get away from her, but she still has tried to harm me.

She has filed many, all false, police reports about me, including that I raped her daughter who was then Approximately 12 years old.

How can I reverse the damage she has done to my reputation that has caused me professional, occupational, and financial hardship, and made me a federal criminal? She filed false reports with police, family court in NYC and Family Court in New Jersey.

I have evidence that my statements are true.

A 1996 Jeep Cherokee 6 cylinder. The condition is RPM decreases, which is caused by observable spark decay which coincides with RPM drop, then drops below minimum RPM, approaches stalll, then recovers. I checked CKS, replaced CPS, replaced coil. Tomorrow I will test TPS. What am I missing? The Manual says to take to dealer for PCM check. Any alternatives?
