We need to find a furnished apt near Evansville for 2009-2010 spring semester Jan-late April - son has a co-op job starting January 4. We don't know much about Evansville, In. - which areas are safe or which apartment complexes are good to rent from or which have short term leases... most we've seen on the net are unfurnished and for 6 month - 1 year terms...Any suggestions?

I knew a lady from Hazard, Ky. If she left her house and forgot an item, she would always make an 'X' in the dirt and spit in the middle before turning around and going back for the lost item.
