Joint custody question?

My 16 yr old refuses to go to visitation with his dad, we have a court order for joint custody and visitations. I am filing paperwork for full custody but he is to be at his dads house this friday, will I be contempt of court if I do not force him to go? And if so what will happen to me?

Side note: his dad was abusive to him a few weeks ago.

I received a traffic ticket for negligent driving that caused an accident, I am wondering how to plea when I go to court. It was raining that day and I rear ended another person. Help please.

He is always forgetting to turn homework in or meet a teacher after school, even though he spoke with the teacher & told him he would be there. How can I help him remember things he has to do. He does not forget to do chores and such just school things he forgets. Any help is appreciated

My mother has been taking care of my nephews for atleast 1 yr. My sister is a drug addict & has not had a job since they moved in. She does not feed her own children because she is too busy sleeping or out partying. I have told my mom to get custody of the kids but she thinks she can't get it with having their mother living there. My mom kicked my sister out of the house about 1 week ago & kept the kids with her. What needs to happen before my mom can get full custody of the children. PLease help!
