  • Do I wear a fascinator for wedding in germany?

    My big brother is getting married in Germany in 2 weeks. Are fascinators the "in thing" at German weddings? I don't want to show up being the only dork with a bit of ribbon and feathers on my head! I have been to a number of weddings in Oz and have never worn one nor seen any being worn, but they seem to be "the thing" here in the UK... Cheers!

  • How do I teach my son to wipe his bottom?

    I am currently toilet training my son. He is very good now at getting to the toilet in time, washing his hands and re-dressing himself. If he's doing no 1's - no problem. But at the end of no 2's I get this shout from the bathroom "Fiiiniiiisshed Muuuuum!!" and I get to wipe! He claims he does it himself at kindergarten but "it doesn't work" (his words). I, of course, have been wiping my own bottom for decades and have no ideas on how to TEACH someone - you just wipe don't you?!
