Dodge Caravan 2009 3.3?
Just replaced my muffler. There wasn't one because it fell off. It had been off for a little. Van ran fine and quiet all the way home aside from a little rumble left near the front if the muffler under the hood.The day after I put the muffler on i started it up for work and went inside. Came back out too go to work and the van was filled with exhaust fumes and the van was idling pretty low. Drove it around the block a few times but decided not to take it to work. Shut the van off and tried to start it back up a little bit later. The key turned and sounded like it was trying to start but just wouldn't turn over all the way. Also started smelling gas after the 3rd time of trying to start it. Ordered a flex coupling for the front of the muffler under rhe hood.
Will this be the fix or could it be something else? Really could use help. Its my only vehicle.

Can i get an answer without the whole; " I don't want to be like the other guys because that would look bad to the people 'I' associate with." Or bashing the other guys??? That's a very poor answer and my guess is its actually probably true and you may not have any other reason besides that. Just give me a good answer or at least a legitimate honest answer. Im not asking in a mocking way. Let people know what you believe, not who you disagree with.
