I'm going to purchase the a car which is a 6 speed manual GTI 2007, and I found the reverse gear in next to the gear 1. Is it easy for me to get into the reverse gear accidentally when I'm ready to take off? Do I need to push or pull the stick for reverse gear?

I'm now living in California, and I will purchase a car in short time in California. Meanwhile, I will move to Nevada in January. For the car I will purchase is that means I need two registration? In CA and in NV?

I'm now studying in los angeles and my major is hotel management. I just submitted my application to UNLV for spring 2014. My GPA is around 2.9. The website said the minimum is 2.5 and 24 transfer credit. I would like to know, is it more likely for me to get in UNLV? Or they will put curve on candidate's GPA, I'm nervous about will the mean GPA they going to accept will shot up to 3.0 or something.

Here is a case, I have recorded my friend's sleep under his permission. Due to he used to yell when he sleep, he would like to hear how it is. I have record it via my Iphone in video. By the time he woken up I showed him and he did not want me to delete the video. After that I would like to watch it again and I found that the video was disappear. I asked him and he admitted that he accessed my phone and deleted it.

He is the only person know about the video and he know my passcode of my phone.
